Current inventory is less than consumer demands – giving us a seller’s market. It is important to remember that one must continue work within the market to make a selling a success. This includes being flexible, willing to work with buyers, knowing your competition and being aware of changes as they occur.

The beauty of my job is that I do all that for you. I am constantly monitoring what is hot (3-4 bedroom family residences and the 300-400,000 price range) and what is taking longer to sell.
